Shop Policy

  • I am currently shipping to selected countries only and will add shipping services to more countries as I get the demand. If your country is not on the list and you would like to place an order, please contact me and I will add shipping options for your location if possible!

  • Shipment and Delivery Times

    Orders will be shipped out within 5 business days, and you will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.

    All orders are shipped worldwide using New Zealand Post. Please see below for estimated delivery times based on location and the selected shipping service:

    Tracked Mail

    • New Zealand: 2-5 working days

    • Rest of the world: 4-15 working days

    Untracked mail

    • New Zealand: 3-5 working days

    • Australia: 3-6 working days

    • Rest of the world: 6-15 working days


    Shipping Costs & Options

    Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Please enter your shipping address to view options and pricing.

    There are two shipping services available:


    Untracked Letter Mail (stickers and art prints only) — This is an untracked letter sent with postage stamps. This means I am unable to trace its whereabouts should it go missing. If you are concerned about your order getting lost, please use the Tracked Mail option instead.


    Tracked Mail — This option uses the NZ Post Economy Tracked service and you will receive a tracking number with this option. This means that I am able to provide track & trace support if your parcel is delayed or missing. This is the recommended option if you want to be sure that your order reaches you.

    Unfortunately tracked mail is quite expensive, but I have done my best to keep costs as low as I can for a small business. For small flat products such as stickers or prints, there is also an Untracked Letter Mail option which is much cheaper!

  • VAT Tax: I do not collect VAT tax on orders which means you are responsible for paying any VAT tax that may incur upon arrival of your order. Please familiarise yourself with the VAT regulations in your area so you know what you will have to pay.


    Customs & Import Duties: I am not responsible for any customs or import fees that may incur upon arrival of your order. Please familiarise yourself with the Customs policy in your country so you know what you will have to pay.

  • Physical products

    Once orders are shipped, I do not accept refunds or exchanges on physical products. If you’ve received your order and something is wrong, please get in touch and I will sort out any issues :)


    Cancellations: If you would like to cancel your order within 8 hours of placing it, please contact me ASAP so I can cancel and refund your order. After 8 hours or once orders are shipped I am not able to cancel them.


    Digital Products

    Due to the nature of digital products, I do not accept cancellations or refunds on digital purchases. If you have any questions or issues with your order, don’t hesitate to contact me. I’m happy to help with any technical issues!

  • Delayed/missing packages

    Please refer to the estimated delivery times above, and allow an extra week or two in case your parcel has been slightly delayed.

    If your order still hasn’t arrived and your tracking status indicates your parcel may be missing, please contact me so I can work out a solution!

    Damaged on transit

    If your parcel was damaged during transit, please retain the original packaging as this is required as evidence for insurance claims. Please contact me ASAP so I can work out a solution.


    Incorrect address

    I am not responsible for any failed deliveries or missing parcels due to an incorrect address supplied at checkout. Please double check your shipping and contact details are correct before placing your order.


    Missing or incorrect items

    If your order is missing an item or you were sent the wrong item, please contact me and I’ll sort things out!

  • After completing your digital purchase, the order confirmation page will include links to download each item you have purchased. In addition, you will receive an email containing all the download links. The links will be valid for 24 hours after receipt.
